Rebecca Wynne is committed to producing superior products and first-rate customer service. If you would like to return an item, you can return it for store credit within 10 days after you receive the item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds and all sales are final.
To Return An Item For Store Credit:
1. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Please email Rebecca Wynne at customer@rebeccawynne.com with the following information:
a) the item you would like to return
b) reason for return
c) the item you would like to exchange for
d) your contact information
3. Typically, we will contact you within 7 business days and provide you with details on how to return the item to Rebecca Wynne. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer making the return.
